Meet your guide, Björk!

“Hi, my name is Björk”

I’m 29 years old and was born and raised in Vestmannaeyjar.
In adulthood I have lived in other places around Iceland but no matter where I’ve been, there is no place like home. Vestmannaeyjar is where I truly belong, surrounded by amazing nature and wildlife.

Since graduating as a tourist guide in 2017 I’ve been guiding for the past 5 years all over Iceland.
During the last few summers I’ve been fortunate to work with a fantastic team at Ribsafari boat tours, where I’ve spent countless hours exploring the surrounding waters and islands.

This year I finally took the leap and started my own little company.
Now I have the privilege of sharing my love and knowledge of the area with visitors and therefore I can call myself

“The Island Guide”

This is a new beginning and I would like to invite you to join me for an adventure!
